BARBARA M. BROWN – EMERY – Emery Law and Mediation

Barbara Brown-Emery grew up in Houston, Texas. She received her initial higher education in Claremont, California. Barbara returned to Texas to attend law school and graduated in 1988 from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas. Ms Brown-Emery received her J.D. and M.B.A., and then took a position as general counsel to a publicly traded company. Attorney Brown-Emery went into private practice with a law firm in the Tampa Bay area. She focused in the area of real estate law, foreclosures for private investors, and asset protection and estate planning. This has been her main area of practice since. She is a member of State Bar of Florida (licensed in 2003); State Bar of Texas (licensed in 1998); Pro Bono College of the State Bar of Texas (2002 membership); and Suncoast Tennis Foundation, Executive Board.
MICHAEL ZIEGLER – Law Office of Robert Eckard & Associates, P.A.

Since joining the Law Office of Robert Eckard & Associates, P.A. in March, 2010, Attorney Michael “Mike” Ziegler has represented consumer and commercial clients in foreclosure defense, bankruptcy, collection matters, and various other civil litigation issues. In the course of his representation, Attorney Ziegler has negotiated loan modifications, waivers of deficiency, and debt settlements, among other relief. Attorney Ziegler has spoken on the topic of mortgage foreclosure at the “People’s Law School,” presented by the Clearwater Bar Association.
Attorney Ziegler graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2008, and graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 2005, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Crime, Law, and Justice. Prior to joining The Law Office of Robert Eckard and Associates, P.A., Attorney Ziegler served a financially sensitive client base as an advocate at Jacksonville Area Legal Aid.
Mike Ziegler is currently admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the Middle District of Florida. He is active in the Clearwater Bar Association and the Palm Harbor Rotary Club.
ROBERT H. HOSKINS – Law Office of Robert H. Hoskins, PLLC

Robert H. Hoskins graduated from Earlham College in 1986 and The University of Dayton School of Law in 1997, where he was an Associate Editor on Law Review and Class President. Robert is a former Litigation Partner in two of the largest law firms in the Midwest. Robert was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1997 and admitted to the Kentucky Bar in 1998
JOHN SHERROD – Jump Legal Group, LLC

IRENE PONS – Pons Law Firm

Irene Pons, is a Foreclosure Defense Attorney in Orlando , Fl.
Like you, she was losing her house too and after dealing with the frustrating Lender’s she decided it was time to do something about it. Since 2008 she has been fighting Lender’s and helping home owner’s save their homes.
She graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2000 and went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2004. She is also a full-time Legal Studies Professor at the University of Central Florida and is fluent in Spanish.
FELIX M. GONZALEZ – Archer Law Group

Felix Gonzalez is an Illinois native who has spent his entire career practicing in the Chicago area. After graduating from Fenwick High School in Oak Park, Felix earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Illinois in 1996. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law in 1999.
JOSEPH MICHELOTTI – Michelotti & Associates, Ltd.

Joseph has been practicing law in Chicago and the Suburbs since 1983. During that time he has focused his practice on helping consumers and businesses with debt issues, including debt defense, foreclosure defense and income tax defense.
Joseph is a graduate of McGill University in Montreal Quebec. He received his Juris Doctor from John Marshall Law School in Chicago. He is licensed to practice before the Illinois Supreme Court and all of the Illinois State Courts, the Federal Court in the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois, the US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois and the US Tax Court. James H. Miller, Jr – The Law Offices of James H. Miller

James H. Miller, Jr holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan .
He graduated from Loyola School of Law in 1990 and was a member of the Dean’s List multiple times.

ADAM TRACY – Tracy Legal Group, LTD.

Adam began his career in private practice in the Chicago area. From there, he transitioned into the technology field, where he co-founded and served as Chief Legal and Financial Officer for a green energy company. Most recently, Adam founded his own firm dedicated to representing homeowners in a variety of foreclosure and bankruptcy matters.
Adam earned both his Juris Doctorate and Masters of Business Administration from DePaul University . Adam graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a dual degree in Finance and Computer Applications. Adam is licensed to practice law before the Supreme Court of Illinois, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the United States Tax Court. Adam S. Tracy is an attorney focused on helping homeowners in financial distress. Dedicated to improving conditions for his clients, he has helped others with litigation, securities and real estate matters. Adam routinely represents homeowners in foreclosure litigation.
THOMAS R. PYCRAFT, JR. – Pycraft Legal Services LLC

Thomas Pycraft, Jr. received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Grace College, and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida, and a member of the Florida Bar Association. IVAN T. LENOIR II – The Lenoir Law Firm

Ivan T. Lenoir II graduated from Marlboro College with a B.A in Economics and received a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Duke University . He then pursued a career in law, attending the Barry University School of Law and the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Upon receiving his Juris Doctor, he was admitted to the Florida Bar. After graduation and admission to the Bar, Mr. Lenoir accepted a position as an associate with a local real estate attorney’s office, where he handled residential and commercial real estate closings, landlord-tenant matters, and foreclosure cases. Within one year of being admitted to the State Bar, Mr. Lenoir decided to go into private practice and immediately launched his career as a well-known, accomplished, and respected real estate and family law attorney in the Tampa Bay area.
Originally from Savannah , Georgia , Mr. Lenoir brings a different approach to his legal practice in Tampa , Florida , where he has been practicing law since admittance to the Florida Bar. His career has centered to a large extent on general real estate practice, with a particular focus on foreclosure defense, residential and commercial closings, and landlord-tenant matters. In addition, Mr. Lenoir also has extensive experience in family law practice areas. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Lenoir was employed as a legislative assistant under Sonny Perdue, Governor of Georgia. Mr. Lenoir’s previous work experience has also included a stint as a researcher and policy analyst for the Fox News Channel’s O’Reilly Factor. DAVID CANDLER HICKS – Alliance Legal Group

David Candler Hicks has been a member of the Florida Bar Association since 1993. He is a third generation Floridian and grew up in Hillsborough County where he has been in private practice since 1998. Mr. Hicks earned a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Communications from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University’s College of Law. Upon graduation, David worked for the Hillsborough County Public Defender’s Office as a staff attorney before serving as Counsel for several litigation firms. Having gained extensive experience in public and private sectors, Mr. Hicks opened the Alliance Legal Group focused upon defending homeowner’s rights.
VARINIA VAN NESS – Van Ness Law Group PA

Varinia Van Ness graduated from University of Florida with a B.A in Economics and a Juris Doctor from the Stetson University Law School of Law in 1991. She is a member of the Sarasota Bar Association; The Florida Bar; Federal Bar for the Middle District of Florida and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Sarasota Chapter where she served as President from 2008-2010. Ms. Van Ness been a member of the FADCL Statewide since 2007, where she served on the Board of Directors in 2009.
She has gained extensive experience in both the public and private sectors. From 1991-1998 she served in the Office of State Attorney and from 1998-2002 served as Program Attorney for Guardian Ad Litem. DOUGLAS RAND PEACOCK JR. – Rand Peacock PA

Mr. Douglas Rand Peacock Jr. graduated obtained a Bachelor of Arts in History from University of Florida in 1996 and immediately after enrolled at the Florida State University College of Law where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1999. He has been admitted to the Florida Bar since 2000 and is also admitted the Federal Middle District of Florida. Mr. Peacock has over 10 years of consumer law, business law, civil litigation and trial experience in Florida. He has worked in Foreclosure Defense as a mainstay of his practice since 2008.
ERIC J. CHRISNER – Chrisner Law

Attorney, Eric J. Chrisner, grew up New Jersey, attended the University of Colorado at Boulder attaining a B.A. in Philosophy, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Barry University School of Law. Less than 1 year after graduating from law school, Mr. Chrisner was admitted to practice law in Florida, New York, and New Jersey. His primary areas of practice are foreclosure defense employment law, contract/commercial litigation, and general civil litigation. Mr. Chrisner prides himself on fully investigating and pursuing all zealously pursuing all claims and defenses on behalf of his clients.
